Conditions of Booking and Occupancy

Charges must be paid before occupancy commences.
Occupancy starts and finishes on the dates shown on your booking confirmation.
The guest will be liable for payment of any charges incurred by any guest together with all replacements and necessary costs for any damage or loss to the accommodation and its contents or the property caused by any guest.
The village must not be used for any unlawful purposes.
A maximum of 2 guest may stay in the villa overnight.
The entire property is for adults over the age of 18 only and as such children and infants will not be allowed entry.
No animals or pets are other be brought onto the property.
Smoking is prohibited within the villa or pool area.
Seclude is not liable for any damage or loss of property which a guest may sustain while on the property.
Any reasonable direction of the management but be complied with. The property must be vacated if after receiving a warning.
If a booking is cancelled, the deposit will be refunded less a $50 administration fee if at least 28 days notice is given prior to arrival date.
If a booking is cancelled, the deposit will be forfeited if less than 28 days and more than 10 days notice is given prior to arrival date.
If a booking I cancelled, the full amount of the accommodation is payable if 10 or less days notice is given prior to arrival date.
If there is a change in dates which shortens the original booking, the original booking cost will still apply. Any changes to extend the stay dates, utilising the original dates booked, will not be penalised. Changes in stay dates, which do not utilise the original dates booked, will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to to the standard cancellation policy above. There are no refunds or credit issued for early departures.
The management may inspect the villa at any time with reasonable notice and at any time without notice if the management is of the opinion that there has been a breach of these conditions.
The management is not responsible for any misdescription of the villa.
The guest authorises the management to charge their credit card for any loss, damage or monetary contribution for which any guest is liable under this document or otherwise.
If the occupancy ends or is terminated the guest must immediately vacate the property. The management is authorized to do whatever is required to enforce the eviction of any guest and removal of guest’s property.
Check in time is from 2pm and check out time is by 10am unless otherwise confirmed by management.
